Suvin cotton is a rare variety created by crossbreeding "Sujata cotton" grown in southern India with "Sea Island cotton" cultivated on Caribbean islands. In addition to the natural luster of the yarn, it offers an exceptionally soft feel. Only the first and second harvests are called "Suvin Gold," and they account for just 0.03% of India’s cotton production. Because it requires very specific climate conditions and a long growing period, it can only be grown in a limited number of regions and cannot be mass-produced due to its rarity.
We carefully select factories in Imabari, a world-renowned towel-producing region, and take time to slowly finish each towel. Using a production method unsuitable for mass production, we achieve a fluffy, deeply satisfying softness and excellent water absorbency. While the Japan Towel Inspection Association's standard for the sinking method absorption test passes at 60 seconds, the Imabari towel standard requires just 5 seconds. KINUJO PRUME TOWEL also meets this Imabari standard.

It is an extremely luxurious cotton that can only be cultivated in highland areas and takes about 1.5 times longer to grow than normal cotton.
