What temperature is recommended?
The ideal temperature depends on hair type and length; we recommend starting at 160°C and adjusting to your preference.
Should I use styling products before use?
Use without styling products, and apply them as a finishing touch afterward.
How do I clean it?
Wipe dirt away with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water or diluted neutral detergent, then dry with tissue or a dry cloth.
Can I use it after perming, bleaching, coloring, or hair manicures?
After perming, bleaching, or coloring, please wait 3-4 days as your hair may be more fragile. After a hair manicure, wait 2-3 days to prevent color fading.
Can I wrap the cord around the unit for storage?
To avoid potential damage, use the included cord band for storage.
Why does the power turn off automatically?
The auto power-off feature may have activated. The device automatically shuts off approximately 15 minutes after the last button operation.
Can I use it abroad?
This product is compatible with AC100V-240V, allowing for use overseas.
