Is it safe to use while folded?
Prolonged use may cause the nozzle area to become hot, so please use with caution.
The air coming out is cold.
The power switch may be set to cool air. Please check that it is in the warm air position.
Are negative ions being generated?
Yes, they are.
Does terahertz wave help improve health?
This product uses terahertz waves solely to enhance quick hair drying and does not make claims regarding health improvement.
I see sparks during use. Is this okay?
Dust or hair may have accumulated on the air intake or outlet. Always turn off the power, unplug the power cord from the outlet, remove any debris from the intake and outlet, and wait a while before using again. For cleaning instructions, please refer to pages 14-15 of the instruction manual.
The power plug is unusually hot—is it safe to use?
The outlet may be loose. Do not use if the plug connection is loose. The power plug may not be fully inserted. Please check that the power plug is fully inserted into the outlet.
Is it okay to wrap the cord around the body for storage?
There is a risk of breakage, so please use the included cord band.
